SÅANA method barre | 40-hour teacher training
Saana Barre is a fun, high energy movement class intended to encourage and empower students.
The Saana method Barre Teacher Training is for movement enthusiasts with a background in Dance, Yoga, Pilates and/or Fitness, interested in teaching high energy, dynamic, fun, dance inspired fitness classes. The Barre practice fuses Yoga, Pilates, Dance, and Fitness with cardiovascular training and muscle toning.

Teacher Training Includes:
The tools to create a supportive, safe, high-energy class environment.
Break down of various exercises – anatomy, alignment, stability and mobility.
Intelligent Sequencing – develop a deeper understanding of the purpose and benefits of exercises and where to place them in the structure of your class.
Intensity and Modifications.
Breath-work – learn multiple breath techniques that are used in the Barre practice.
Language and cueing – review of Barre terminology and clear verbal cueing.
How to give mindful hands on assists and corrections.
Importance of Music – learn how to choose music and create playlists for your classes.
How to integrate props into your teaching.
This training is open to those who have a background in Dance, Yoga, Fitness, and/or Bodywork.
$1200* + Tax
*20% for current SÅANA teachers.
All payments due 30 days prior to start date
To graduate you must attend all training days and pass the final exam.
Graduating does not automatically guarantee you a teaching position at SÅANA.
