class & schedules

We offer different classes for students of all levels. Our teachers approach every practice session with the intention to create a comfortable space for everyone. We start every class by quieting the mind – this means leaving all phones and electronics outside of the room. Next, our teachers will guide you through a series of poses with descriptions and examples. Lastly, every class ends with a moment of silent meditation. We encourage breaks and water throughout the class. Remember: perfect is not the goal. Enjoy your journey. Enjoy your practice.

SÅANA flow

A vigorous, flowing sequence to explore rhythm + breath. Wake you up to the possibilities of your own body!    

SÅANA classic

A grounding series of postures to balance the body and the spirit.    

SÅANA inspire

A challenging + creative flowing sequence created by our senior teachers. Each class is carefully sequenced to guide you to an advanced posture. Get inspired and be an inspiration!  

SÅANA pilates

A series of static and active exercises that focus on core strengthening as the key to better posture and fitness.

SÅANA restore

A gentle series of postures to slow the spirit and cradle the body with gentle stretches.

SÅANA HIIT

A form of interval training with short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

SÅANA yin

A series of postures that are held for an extended time to increase depth of stretch.

SÅANA still

A monthly meditation circle.
